David Baszucki is the founder and CEO of Roblox. His vision is to build a platform that enables shared experiences among billions of users. The company has been widely recognized for its innovation and vision under Baszucki’s leadership.
TIME named Roblox one of the “100 Most Influential Companies,” and it has been recognized by Fast Company for innovation on their “Most Innovative Companies” and “Most Innovative Companies in Gaming” lists. Roblox was also recognized as an innovative workplace on Fast Company’s “Best Workplaces for Innovators” list and for its technical innovations on Fast Company’s “Innovation by Design” list.
Previously, David founded Knowledge Revolution, where he and his brother Greg created “Interactive Physics,” a leader in educational physics and mechanical design simulation software. David graduated from Stanford University as a General Motors Scholar in Electrical Engineering.
Manuel Bronstein
Chief Product Officer
Manuel Bronstein serves as Chief Product Officer at Roblox, leading our Product, Design, and Data Science organizations.
Manuel has spent over 20 years as a product leader in the consumer and entertainment spaces, most recently serving as Vice President of Product at Google, leading Google Assistant. Prior to that, Manuel was Vice President of Product at YouTube, overseeing the company’s mobile, desktop, and living room applications, as well as live streaming, growth, and community. He also led efforts to launch YouTube Kids, YouTube Music, and YouTube Games. Before YouTube, Manuel started his career in gaming holding several senior leadership positions at Zynga and Xbox.
Manuel holds a BS in Electronics Engineering from Universidad Simón Bolívar and an MBA from UC Berkeley’s Haas School of Business.
Naveen Chopra
Chief Financial Officer
Naveen Chopra is the Chief Financial Officer at Roblox. At Roblox, Chopra oversees financial operations, including accounting, internal audit, tax and treasury, business operations, investor relations, and financial planning and analysis functions, with a focus on driving sustainable growth and innovation through his unique blend of technical understanding and financial strategy.
Naveen is a veteran executive with more than 25 years of experience in media and technology, including supporting both public and private companies. As EVP and CFO of Paramount, he drove the company’s transition from legacy media to streaming, producing direct to consumer subscription and advertising-based businesses, which now comprise more than 25% of the company’s revenue. As the CFO of Amazon’s Devices and Services business, he married technical innovation with new forms of monetization for some of Amazon’s fastest growing and most strategic consumer bets, including Alexa, Fire TV, Ring, Kindle, and Project Kuiper. Additionally, he has held CFO roles at Pandora and Tivo. Chopra is a member of the board of directors at Macy’s Inc. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Economics and a Master of Business Administration, both from Stanford University.
Desiree Fish
Chief Communications Officer
Desiree Fish serves as Chief Communications Officer at Roblox, leading the strategic communications organization including internal, external and financial communications functions globally. Desiree’s team is focused on promoting and messaging the innovation and creation that happens across the platform.
Desiree is a communications strategist and public affairs professional with more than 20 years experience helping to expand the global footprint of brands. She was previously Vice President of Global Communications for Tripadvisor where she was responsible for strategic communications programs including external and internal communications, industry relations, and social media.
Prior to Tripadvisor, she was Vice President of Corporate Communications at American Express, leading communications strategy and serving as primary spokesperson for the company’s U.S. Consumer Services businesses, including Platinum and Centurion Cards, Membership Rewards program, and Consumer Travel.
Desiree graduated with a Journalism degree from the University of Kansas.
