Celebrate the Holiday Season on Roblox with Festive Winter-Themed Experiences

At Roblox, winter means great updates to many of our wonderful experiences. And we’re celebrating these holiday updates by integrating a wide range of them into Winter Spotlight. Get ready to join in the revelry with updates of our creators’ and brands’ experiences.

Roblox Winter Spotlight

For the next 17 days, we’ll be showcasing 24 games and experiences that have festive themes and holiday updates, with four games featured each day. Players will start their journey in a holiday-themed hub, a vibrant and energetic city square filled with billboards touting the updated games.

Players can earn items by opening gift boxes, stuffed with tokens, that they discover inside the participating experiences*.

Dress to Impress

Santa’s gone missing, and it’s up to you to save Christmas. So jump into DTI’s new Winter lobby and get going on this quest to find St. Nick. Make a visit to Santa’s workshop and lend a hand to the elves, who are toiling away making gifts. Plus, take a journey through a candy cane forest, hop on a reindeer and navigate a flying obstacle course, and dive into an ancient ice cave. Do all that and you just might save Santa!

Dress to Impress will get your holiday spirit soaring, featuring an Advent calendar with item, currency, and pose pack rewards; new winter items and sets; new feminine and masculine hair, and much more (including a skating rink).

Welcome to Bloxburg

Here’s your chance to earn a new holiday currency that unlocks exclusive seasonal decorations and objects, including a train that’s great for hauling groups around, and there are tons of ways to rake in the currency. You can shovel snow or play multiple new winter-themed minigames with your friends, such as donating warm winter clothes to freezing NPCs, carving ice sculptures, or jumping into a hearty snowball fight between players and NPCs.

There are also multiple trophies available to anyone who earns a specific amount of currency, and there will be rewards every day that you join and redeem the winter calendar. Check out the leaderboards to see who’s earning the most tickets.

In addition, the city center is hosting a Winter Festival full of shops, activities, and wintry decorations. Plus, you can roam the map to check out others’ festive creations or join player neighborhoods to attend player-organized events and roleplays.

And the Elf Hunt is back: Team up to find the elf each day and figure out what he wants from players. But be warned: The elf might be just a little mischievous sometimes.

Check out all this and more, including some new permanent decorations, and keep on the lookout for Santa’s sleigh flying over the map, as you may find something special.

NFL Universe Football

Grab a football and hit your receivers with perfect spirals. And earn special snowflakes you can spend on things like limited-time packs or exclusive Christmas and NFL cosmetics by scoring touchdowns. Play solo or earn even more snowflakes by teaming up with friends.

Or, call an audible and craft items with Santa in the NFL Christmas Gameday Zone. Even he likes presents, so surprise him with a gift item and rake in extra snowflakes. Plus, visit the Netflix NFL Holiday Fan Zone and teleport to Nextworld, where you can earn the Netflix Bling Chain and limited-time NFL UGC from the Kansas City Chiefs, Baltimore Ravens, Pittsburgh Steelers, and Houston Texans.

And before time runs out on the clock, hit the scavenger hunt and find all six Netflix Reels hidden throughout the experience to craft a special item with Santa.

Driving Empire—Winterfest 2024 features a snow-themed demolition derby where players collect cookies to unlock exclusive winter-themed rewards including new vehicles and a house.

Elemental Dungeons—Help Santa by clearing his village of bandits, unlock new elemental powers, and wield new weapons.

Emergency Hamburg—Dive into festive gameplay with a snowy map, Christmas market, Winter Spotlight quests, and other seasonal features.

Emergency Response: Liberty Country—Discover Santa's lost gifts around Liberty County by making arrests, extinguishing fires, living life as a criminal, and much more.

Fisch—The update introduces a magical Winter Village realm where players can fish for limited-time Fischmas species, craft festive rods, and collect exclusive bobbers and boats.

Greenville—A new three-chapter holiday story event plus a live snowfall event in-game as well as many new cars.

Heroes Battlegrounds—Earn ornaments by either duking it out with others or by participating in timed events like King of the Hill, Reverse Tag, and Santa's Sleigh.

NFL Universe Football—Score touchdowns, earn snowflakes, craft with Santa, and explore the NFL Christmas Gameday Zone for NFL-themed cosmetics and more.

PETS GO!—It’s Team Naughty vs. Team Nice! See what list you're on, while enjoying holiday upgrades, ice fishing, and more.

RIVALS—This festive event contains new skins, game modes, maps, an advent calendar, weapons, and much more.

Royale High—Shred the slopes in this new snowboarding update.

Sonic Speed Simulator—Got a need for speed? You can help Sonic deliver holiday gifts to unlock great prizes.

Toilet Tower Defense—Set up a Christmas tree by finding missing gifts in various places and complete quests for ornaments to add to the tree.

Tower Defense Simulator—Frost Spirit has returned. Complete the Frost Invasion event mission, and earn an Elite token by challenging Frost Spirit in his true form. Find the shards and hold your ground against a vengeful spirit.

War Tycoon—Explore a new map and find hidden presents.

Warrior Cats: Ultimate Edition—Compete for prey in the Frozen Forest as foreboding weather approaches.
