Code Kingdoms provides an online-exclusive program for students and educators across the world. With its proprietary web-based drag-and-drop code editor, kids age 8+ can learn how to develop their own games using Roblox Studio and the Lua programming language. New courses are added regularly.

iD Tech offers two courses that empower students to discover the underlying mechanics of game development. Using Roblox Studio, students will create storylines, objectives, and more. Meanwhile, advanced students will learn more about complex Lua coding, multiplayer development, and entrepreneurship.

CodaKid provides in-person camps and online coding courses. Kids can learn how to build a variety of experiences on Roblox using the Lua programming language, mastering conditionals, loops, array, and inheritance. Students will also learn about 3D modeling as they program their own games.

Koding Kingdom offers a Hong Kong-based two-month after-school program and one-week camp for students age 10-15. Using Roblox Studio, students will work together in teams to learn programming fundamentals through Lua and apply game design rules to create more engaging games.

Designed for 1st through 8th grade students, Camp Edmo offers camps and after-school programs that include lessons on fundamental computer literacy, designing and building using Roblox Studio, and mastering the fundamentals of programming by bringing custom 3D worlds to life.  

Level UP Learning Centers offers two Roblox-based camps and after-school programs. While working in Roblox Studio, participants will learn how to create levels, environments, worlds, and games using Lua. In addition, students will learn about themselves and what they love most about game design.

At STEM-focused camps for kids ages 9-12, Digital Media Academy students will dig into Roblox Studio, manipulating assets to design levels and learning the basics of scripting. By the end of each week, students will have created their own Roblox games, incorporating platforming, puzzles, and basic combat.

Coding Minds Academy prepares students for a career in technology by teaching game logic and creativity. Participants will learn Roblox game development and Lua programming after school and at camp. Students will design the game they want to make, emerging as published Roblox developers by the end of the course.

At Code Wiz, kids ages 7-12 will learn how to make their own Roblox games in after-school enrichment classes and camps. Moving at their own pace, students will use a platform they already know and love to learn and apply the skills of coding, game design, entrepreneurship, and more.

Deviac Education's "The Ultimate Beginner’s Guide to Game Development" online course for ages 6 and up will help kids make the leap into real game development and have them creating commercial-quality games in a fun and easy-to-follow way, whether they're new to coding or they know their way around Lua.

 

Tiny Code offers after-school courses on 3D game design using Roblox Studio. In a step-by-step approach, students ages 10-15 will use Lua to create and publish their games on Roblox and learn how to make the transition from being game players to game designers in a structured environment.

CODDY is an international programming school where students between the ages of 7-9 can enjoy the after school, online, and workshop class "Creating Games With Roblox," where they will learn Lua programming skills, how to develop a game, and how to manage a game project.

RoboCode Academy offers camps and after-school workshops that teach students ages 10-18 game development using Lua. Over the course of twelve weeks, students will learn all stages of game design, including brainstorming, testing, and presentation.

Happy Code offers an after-school class for kids ages 5-17 and has 154 locations around the globe. In the Roblox course, students will learn to code with Lua in a project-based environment and will create characters, scenarios, and various items using Roblox Studio.

In after-school and workshop settings, Zettonia students will learn 3D concepts using Roblox Studio with a focus on mastery of game design and the ability to earn Robux, plus the chance to improve English-language skills to better communicate with the international community.

Tech Kids Academy aims at enhancing kids and teens' creativity and enabling them to unveil their digital talents. This after-school program should be operational by summer 2019 and offers periodic holiday camps.
