Roblox and Harpercollins Publishers Announce a Publishing Program Based on the Popular Roblox Entertainment Platform

First three books are set for publication in Fall 2018 with subsequent books in Winter 2019

San Mateo, CA and New York, NY – April 25, 2018 – Roblox and HarperCollins Publishers announced today a series of books based on Roblox, the largest online entertainment platform for kids under 18. This publishing program will bring Roblox games, characters, and worlds to life in a variety of books for fans of all ages.

The first three books in the program are set to publish in Fall 2018 and will include THE ROBLOX CHARACTER ENCYCLOPEDIA, which is packaged with an exclusive collectible action figure, ROBLOX TOP ADVENTURE GAMES, which is the first in a series and features insider tips from top adventure games on the platform, and INSIDE THE WORLD OF ROBLOX, which highlights emerging games and features contributions from community creators as well as Roblox.

According to a recent report from media measurement and analytics company comScore, Roblox has emerged as a top online entertainment platform for kids and teens based on average monthly visits and time spent. Over 60 million fans of all ages spend over 780 million hours each month imagining, creating, and playing together on Roblox.
