David Baszucki

David is the founder, co-creator and CEO of ROBLOX. Prior to founding ROBLOX, David was a private investor. Previously, David was VP and General Manager of MSC.Software, where he ran the desktop simulation division. Prior to MSC.Software, David founded Knowledge Revolution and grew it to be the volume leader in mechanical simulation software and physics educational software. Knowledge Revolution was acquired by MSC.Software. Prior to founding Knowledge Revolution, David worked as a product manager and electronic designer. David was the General Motors scholar in Electrical Engineering at Stanford University. @DavidBaszucki

Keith Lucas

Keith is Vice President of Engineering and Operations at ROBLOX, responsible for scaling, site operations, and engineering management. Prior to ROBLOX, Keith served as Director of Product Development at Enfold, an early stage health-IT company, and as Director of Internet Technology at Progio, a mobile fitness coaching platform. Keith co-developed the physics engine at Knowledge Revolution, and became an engineering manager at MSC.Software after the acquisition. Keith holds a Ph.D. in Aeronautics & Astronautics from Stanford University and a Masters in Public Policy from UC Berkeley. @kvlucas

Brad is Vice President of Marketing and Brand Experience at ROBLOX, responsible for the ROBLOX brand, guiding product strategy, engaging our community, and building a great ROBLOX experience. He was Senior Vice President at LEGO where he built LEGO.com into a popular site and led product development for the company’s core enthusiast base; he also served on the LEGO Global Management Team. Prior to that, he was at Art.com and CEO of Informative, and recently led marketing for health and financial services startups. Brad is an online brand pioneer and developed early Internet initiatives for AT&T, Unilever, and Reuters. He has a B.A. degree from Amherst College. @robloxjustus

Bill joined ROBLOX as Chief Product Officer after a year-long stint as COO at ChirpMe – GameChanger, where he focused on dating apps that reached over 3 million daily users. Previously, Bill worked at Zynga, where he grew FarmVille to over 85 million monthly users and 32 million daily users (a record for Western gaming), and supervised many of Zynga’s other biggest games, including Zynga Poker, Mafia Wars, Cafe World and YoVille. He worked in traditional games for 8 years, including Activision and LucasArts, after working for 5 years as a trial attorney. Bill has also written for multiple animated television shows, primarily airing on Playhouse Disney.

Phil is Vice President of Customer Acquisition at ROBLOX. Prior to ROBLOX, Phil was VP of Marketing at CarWoo, a Y Combinator company. Before that, he was VP of Marketing at SpeedDate.com, where he quintupled website traffic to 12 million monthly unique visitors, and he helped drive the iOS app to #1 dating app on iTunes. Previously, Phil was VP of Search Marketing at the LeadClick division of First American Corporation, a Fortune 500 company. He has also held senior marketing roles at Dealix and Ebates. Phil attended Santa Clara University School of Law and holds a BS in Marketing from San Jose State University. @philyeh

Adam is Vice President of Engineering, Technology at ROBLOX. He is responsible for the client team, ROBLOX Studio, and the mobile engineering team. Prior to ROBLOX, Adam served as Director of Engineering at Intertrust, developing digital rights management technology and directing development of an incubated startup. Previously, Adam created the MMO Star Sonata, acquired by Landauer Games. Adam holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Yale University. @rbxadam

Ian is Vice President of Global Sales at ROBLOX and is responsible for all advertising sales in the US and other markets. Ian joined ROBLOX in January, 2014 from Stardoll Media, where he was responsible for building and leading a national sales team selling cross-channel advertising solutions to clients looking to reach the youth market. Prior to Stardoll Media, Ian held positions with leading media and technology companies including Boingo Wireless, Business.com, ESPN and MTV Networks.
