About the Job:

Join the Content & Design Team and utilize your technical prowess and creativity to develop games and build content that thrills our players. This includes designing stand-alone games, functional virtual items, and re-combinable building components.

  • Push the limits of the ROBLOX platform to develop exciting 3D game experiences for users.
  • Build new and innovative re-combinable building components and parts for players to use in-game.
  • Develop and innovate character equipment and other assets to sell in our virtual item catalog.
  • Produce top-tier scripting and content creation tutorials, directed at our users.
  • Document changes to our Lua API in our user-facing wiki.
  • Interface with our community of players and content creators in a technical capacity.
  • Provide guidance on the future development of the ROBLOX API.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent programming experience. Engineering degree is a huge plus.
  • Impressive portfolio of past work, hobbyist projects, mods, or levels.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team on wide variety of projects simultaneously.
  • This position requires a high-level of detail orientation and the ability to work autonomously.

Compensation
