Providing our employees with the best benefits is a priority. We pay 100% of the employee premium and 50% of all dependents (including domestic partners) for our PPO plans. We also offer Kaiser HMO and a Health Savings Account option. Health, Dental and Vision plans are available to all full-time regular employees. And we have a 401K plan so that all of our full-time regular employees can plan for their future. We even make contributions for entry-level employees, so this may be more money in your pocket.

We've got a great space, in a great place.
Downtown San Mateo is a great place to be, and we’re in the middle of it. Our office is a quick five minute walk from the San Mateo Caltrain station, which will get you to and from San Jose and San Francisco, and anywhere in between. We provide company-paid parking passes for those who prefer to brave the traffic and offer a commuter benefits program for those who use public transportation.
There is such a thing as a free lunch.
We keep our kitchens stocked with complimentary snacks and have an open ordering system, so we can add items based on your preferences. We provide two catered lunches per week for our employees, and encourage team lunch meetings outside our office. There are a ton of great restaurants just outside our doors.

Regular “fun nights” and company outings are part of our culture – because our business is play.
Our employees host card, board, and video game nights every week and the food and beverages are on us. All employees are encouraged to think of their own theme night.
Every few weeks we host a happy hour event at a local establishment. We've also held one-off events to celebrate company milestones – or just because we wanted to: dinners, a company-wide BBQ at the CEO's house, go-kart racing, cheering on the San Francisco Giants at AT&T Park, an overnight to Lake Tahoe. We are Sparta.
We hold a weekly meeting every Tuesday to give all employees updates on our growth and product development. These are open forums where we solicit questions from our employees, as we believe everyone is entitled to hear about and participate in all our strategic initiatives. This is also where we give shout-outs to all new members of the ROBLOX team and play “Ask Me Anything” with the CEO and leadership team.
